Cave Draconia, Green Chamber

Imogen leads you into the next chamber of the cave. This is the Green Chamber and here, everything is, well, green. You didn't realize so many shades of green existed! You are completely delighted to see a cute little dragon and you walk over to him. He tells you his name is Littletooth. He has only just arrived in Cave Draconia and is a bit tired from his long journey. In fact, he has just woken up and now he is hungry. You realize this chamber is warmer than the other chambers have been and notice the large fire (kind of hard to miss it actually). This is for making sure that baby Littletooth does not get too cold.

Imogen explains to you how much food Littletooth has to eat, as a growing baby dragon. She also tells you that this is usually his bath time and asks if you would like to help. Wow, you have NEVER bathed a dragon before! What an experience. So you and Imogen wash his scales and then she takes a bottle of oil and begins to rub the oil into Littletooths scales. She explains how important it is to keep his scales from drying out (he doesn't shed like most other reptiles).

As you help Imogen oil Littletooth's scales, you begin humming a song to the baby dragon. You can tell that he enjoys the singing. He likes you! You wonder if he is lonely, all by himself in this chamber. He tells you no, he is not lonely. All the other dragons visit him often and Imogen is always around. When no one is around, he sleeps.

He shows you his birth certificate on the cave wall and asks you to return any time that you want to sing to him!
