Mystical Autumn
Autumn (also known as Fall) is the transition between Summer and Winter. In the Northern Hemisphere, Autumn begins with the Autumnal Equinox (generally around September 21) and ends at Winter Solstice (around December 21). Daylight hours are shorter than 12 hours.
This tends to be the season in which most crops are harvested and many trees lose their leaves. For Midnight Enchantment, Autumn is our favorite time of the year. There are wonderful holidays to celebrate, in addition to Fairy Alma's birthday! But even more than that, we love the fall foliage, the leaves changing color. What a spectacular site! The days are getting cooler. The smells in the air ... especially harvest smells.
